Peter Fennel was born in the area, and has been doing cabinet making and carpentry since 1992, opening his own part time business in 1996, working from his home. Peter's wife Marie moved from Adelaide in 1978, and they have two children, twins Tom and Meg.
The business quickly grew, and the workshop is now based on Service Road, Millicent, known to the locals as 'Tin City'. Peter Fennell Cabinet Making employs an apprentice who is now in his second year, and another young man who is working casually for the time being.
Peter Fennell Cabinet Making specialises in designing and building kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, second fixing and pergolas, but are also able to create beautiful items of furniture such as wall units, tables, tv units and childrens furniture.
